For Products:
* You may cancel your order anytime before the product has been shipped. Once the product is shipped, cancellations will not be entertained.
For Services (Farm Tours):
* Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund.
